cnFMSDC certified MBEs are required to recertify yearly in order to maintain certified status and remain listed in the Minority Business Information System (MBISYS) database. If your certification is up for expiration do not hesitate, renew today and maintain access to the networking and development programs only cnFMSDC can provide!

The renewal process requires the submission of the online recertification application, payment along with current federal tax returns and business tax receipt. If current federal tax returns are not filed, please provide a copy of firm's year-end financial statements. If the current year filing date has passed, the applicant shall submit the aforementioned along the executed federal filing extension form. You must apply for recertification at least 30-60 days prior to the expiration date on the certificate.

• $150.00--Sales less than $1M
• $300.00--Sales $1M to $5M
• $600.00--Sales more than $5M
