Shepard Exposition Services has provided us with a service manual for all cnFMSDC exhibitors. This will contain order forms for service such as electricity, rental furniture, carpet, labor rates, etc.

Booth for deadline registration is July 26, 2013

The price of a booth include a standard 8'x10' pipe and booth drape (8' high backboard drape and 3' high side drape), a 7"x 44" booth sign displaying company name and booth number, one 6' draped table, two chairs and a waste basket.

Exhibitor booths can be set up on Thursday, August 8, 2013 from 8 am until 7:00 p.m. Exhibit set-up is prohibited on Friday, August 9, 2013, the day of the trade fair.

All exhibit items/objects must be brought in through the back entrance of the convention center. The security guard on duty can provide directions and information.

On Friday, August 9, 2013 from 8:30 am to 9:15 am, the cnFMSDC will be presenting our grand opening in the lobby outside of the trade fair.  During this time no exhibitors or attendees will be allowed inside the exhibit hall.

Note:  Booth assignments (numbers) will be available on Friday, August 2, 2012.  Please feel free to continue working with Shepard regarding your exposition needs (your booth number will not be necessary).
